Before any sketch, we walk the site at three different times of day. We meet neighbors. We learn what already works on the street, and we promise not to break it.
We start with the kitchen, the front porch, the morning light. Massing follows from how the units want to live, not the other way around.
Every project goes through the same regional trades — masons, framers, metal-workers — most on their third or fourth project with us. Quality compounds with relationships.
